Roasted Turkey Breast with Herbes de Provence FLAVA' BUTTA

Turkey Breast Roasted Coated with Herbes de Provence FLAVA' BUTTA Recipe



  • 1-3 lb half Turkey breast
  • 1- 8 oz container Herbes de Provence Flava’ Butta
  • 6- Tri-color carrots 
  • 1-tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt 

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 
2. Remove butta from refrigerator and bring to room temperature 
3. Wash the Turkey and pat dry.
4. Place Turkey on large baking sheet. 
5. Coat the Turkey breast with the butta.
6. Sprinkle kosher salt over the breast
7. Place carrots in the pan around the Turkey and drizzle with olive oil.
8. Place pan into middle rack of the oven and roast Turkey for 60 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and baste. 
10. Let the Turkey rest for a few minutes.
11. Move Turkey to cutting board, slice and serve
